My name is Ashok Kumar Mann, I have been working as Yoga Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya since 1981.
My Yoga Guru was Swami Dhirendar Brahmchari
My spriual Guru was Osho Rajneesh,he had given my name Swami Ashok Chaitanya on 12-10-1978.
Also learned Yoga from KAVAILYADHAAM,LONAVALA { M.H.}
AIM
To provide knowledge of Yoga education for all the students throughout the world,so that they can develope themselves Physically,mentally & spritually strong.
I invite all the yoga teachers all over thge world to cooperate me in this mission,send your suggestions how it can be possible ? also comments & ideas on interoductory Yoga for class I to V , & Vi to IX.
